기본 정보

여기에는 거래 양식을 통해 수동으로 입력하거나 가져오는 동안 또는 CRM 코드 라이브러리를 사용하여 자동으로 입력할 수 있는 모든 기본 거래 필드가 포함됩니다.

다음은 필드 목록입니다.

Field Name	Description
Deal Name	Deal’s name Eg: Premium upgrade
Deal Value	Deal’s potential in dollars Eg: $5000
Type	The type of the deal Eg: New Deal, Subscription upgrade, etc.
Expected close date	The date when the deal is expected to close. Note: Admins can enable Prevent users from setting past dates for this field. Enabling the above does not prevent admins or API updates from setting past dates. This feature is coming soon to the mobile app.
Closed date	The date when the deal is closed.
Product	The product the deal is for Eg: Widget books
Payment status	The mode of payment for the deal (Online/Offline)
Probability	Probability of winning the deal Eg: 70%
Owner	The owner assigned to the deal Eg: Rebecca Moris
Deal Pipeline	The pipeline to which the deals belong Eg: E-commerce sales
Deal Stage	The stage your deal is currently in Eg: Negotiation
Account	The account that the deal is associated with Eg: Cooper Myers Co
Related Contacts	The contacts in the deal the account is associated with Eg: Roy Macklemore
Source	The source of the deal–where it came from Eg: Email
Campaign	The campaign that landed this deal Eg: Webinar

여기에는 사용된 제품, 제품 적합성, 기업 요구 사항 등과 같은 거래에 대한 추가 정보를 캡처하는 사용자 지정 필드가 포함됩니다. 사용자 지정 필드는 거래 양식을 통해 수동으로 입력하거나 가져오기 중에 CRM 코드 라이브러리를 사용하여 자동으로 입력할 수 있습니다.

거래 필드를 사용자 지정하려면 다음과 같이 하세요,

관리자 설정 > 거래로 이동합니다.
필드 옆의 V 아이콘을 클릭하고 필드 편집 아이콘을 클릭합니다.
필드 편집오버레이에서
1. 필드 레이블을 편집하고 Tooltip 및 플레이스홀더 텍스트를 추가할 수 있습니다. 기본 필드의 내부 이름 및 필드 유형은 편집할 수 없습니다. 그러나 사용자 정의 필드의 경우 편집할 수 있습니다. 그룹 또는 하위 그룹 드롭다운에서 선택하여 필드를 원하는 그룹으로 이동할 수도 있습니다.
2. 필드를 필수 필드, 읽기 전용 필드, 고유 필드로 설정하는 등 필드 속성을 구성할 수 있으며 빠른 추가 양식에 필드를 표시하도록 선택할 수도 있습니다.
  필드 유형을 다중 선택, 확인란 또는 라디오로 선택한 경우 기존 선택 항목을 편집하거나 삭제하고 선택 항목 추가 버튼을 클릭하여 새 선택 항목을 추가할 수 있습니다.
